About this blog and me

Living Inside Out – Menu of Wisdom

Life is not just something we pass through; it is something we taste, moment by moment. Each experience is like a dish on the table — some sweet, some bitter, some spicy, some bland. Together, they form the menu of wisdom that nourishes the soul.

I am in my seventies now, and much of my time is devoted to spiritual practice. Decades of living have shown me that wisdom is not found in books alone, nor in theories, but in the rhythm of daily life — in patience, in resilience, in joy, and even in sorrow. What I share here is not for profit, not for fame, but freely, as one offers food to a guest.

Younger generations — Gen Z and Gen Alpha — often feel they must discover life on their own. That is natural. Yet when storms arrive, when confusion or pain shakes the heart, they will look for voices that have walked through fire and rain. This blog is my offering: a place where they can pause, reflect, and perhaps find a sutra that steadies their step.

🌱 What You’ll Find Here

  • Life Sutras: Short, poetic truths that can be read in a breath but remembered for a lifetime.

  • Stories of Resilience: Lessons from my own journey, showing how patience and discipline carry us through.

  • Spiritual Insights: Reflections from practice — meditation, surrender, balance — expressed in simple words.

  • Modern Reflections: Connections between timeless wisdom and today’s challenges: stress, social media, identity, belonging.

✨ Why “Living Inside Out”?

Because true strength begins within. When we live from the inside out, we are not tossed around by every wave outside us. Instead, we carry an anchor in the heart. This blog is about cultivating that anchor — so that joy, peace, and clarity are not accidents, but companions.

🌊 Closing Thought

Wisdom is not heavy. It is light, like air, like water. It flows freely, and it is meant to be shared. Living Inside Out – Menu of Wisdom is my way of placing these truths on the table, so that anyone — young or old — can take what they need, when they need it.

Welcome. May these words nourish you.
